Can wheat crackers be a replacement for oatmeal

I was just curious if this is a plausable replacement for outmeal on a cutting diet. I looked at the nutritional values and they seem to be pretty similar. Can someone shed some educated light on this?

no, look at the ingredients...theres probably 50 ingredients in crackers vs. 1 in oatmeal.

i mean technically any carb could be a replacement for oatmeal during any type of diet, but oatmeal is still king. and actually during a cutting diet, your not gonna get fat on a caloric deficit, and i dont think it would hamper fat loss.

yea thats what kind of crackers they are the whole wheat ones....you guys still say no?

Oatmeal is oats not wheat, oatmeal is great for your digestive system and it helps regulate fats in your diet. Crackers are usually made with saturated fats, and wheat flour and salt. These are not even similar or as valuable as oatmeal---remember the less processed your food is the better it is for you.
