Sorry if already asked somewhere, I've searched but no luck ..
So, basically I'm about to do my 2nd run of test only cycle. First one was a classic test E 500mg EW for 10 weeks (1g frontload) + 40mg Dbol 1-4wk. I got some acne on my shoulders and triceps as a side, not much of a bloat.
Nipples during the cycle were as usual, never puffy or anything unordinary but I did feel around 3rd and 6-7 week for just a few minutes some mild itching in just one nipple (let's say first time only in my left, then 2nd in my right) and my nipple was hard for like 4-5mins (just like when you pinch it or when showering). Anyway I took 10mg of nolva for that day and the next day and that's it, no more drama. Pretty much no itching after 4-5mins anyways ..
I plan on doing 250mg E3D now for 10 weeks (that would kinda be equal to 625mg EW). And again, 1g frontload.
My question is as in title, is it possible to develop gyno like overnight without previously feeling any itching or discomfort at all? How fast can it happen? Should I not use nolva at all during cycle unless I feel some discomfort and visually see anything unordinary (or is that too late?) or maybe just take 10mg ED just as a gyno precaution? I know nolva won't lower or balance out my E2, I'm just looking for a way to be sure I don't catch on gyno.
REASON FOR ALL THIS: I didn't use any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in my first run and I won't have any once again. Clomid and nolva are on hand. Reason for not having and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is cause it's so damn expensive where I live. Around 150$ for just a box, and I pay just 2$ for 250mg ampule of pharma grade test E ..

On my first run I had no trouble with BP at all, libido was OK, definitely no depression symptoms ...only some acne and what I already mentioned about my nipples
