I need someone to map my first cycle of test e. like I said in my other post not sure if I'm going to use aas but I wanna know what it'll look like. I already have test e enough for 10 weeks. But I wanna know does... Test e at 500 a week 2 pins 250 each. But what about Aromatase inhibitor (AI) what kind,what does? And post cycle therapy (pct) clomid and nolva or just one and the does? Thanks

You need to do research instead of expecting people to spoon feed you the information. There are 100 threads on First cycles.
For an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you need adex .25 or .5 ED For pct you need clomid and nolva nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 50/50/50/50 Run the test e for 12 wks at 500mgs/wk split into two injections EXAMPLE: 250mgs on monday and then 250mgs on thursday. You really should do your research. This is the last time im going to help people out on first cycle. Bc people are to lazy to do some research everyone else here had to put in the time and do the research. I researched AAS for 3 years before even using them!
