My diet is in check I believe, but im starting a bulk with gear now, and want to make sure that my diet is indeed good. When I bulk my diet consists of mainly of this:

Morningish: egg whites, oatmeal, weetabix, 2% milk

Lunchish: chicken breast, tuna, cottagge cheese

Dinner: South Asian food (vegetarian), cottage cheese

Obviously I'm taking protein, eating vegetables and fruits and constantly eating 6-8 meals a day. But this is what I cycle through usually. Do you think that's enough to basically go through cans and cans of tuna and jugs of cottage cheese for a clean bulk? I like eating peanut butter, but do you guys think the fat content is a drawback for a bulk, even though its high in cals and protein? (skippy peanut butter)

Be careful with that much canned tuna, BPA and mercury = no bueno. Add in some steak if you can afford it.

You might want to get in more meals than just 3. Some whey shakes and natural peanut butter for snacks isn't a bad idea either.

haha no i get about 6-8 meals in guys. I just threw that out there as a base of what i mostly eat. Definitely eat more than 3 times a day lol.

Not to babble on about the tuna, but you can substitute salmon, prepackaged is fine, and salmon has far less crap in it. It's not zero, but less than tuna.

As for the rest, whole wheat pasta is an easy way to get good carbs and calories. And If your eating a bunch of cottage cheese anyway, you should try some of the fiber enriched choices, good for the digestion. Finally, don't sweat the fat in peanut butter, especially when bulking, just track it accurately. I think most people over-avoid (if thats even a word) GOOD fat like natural PB, almonds and nuts, olive oil, etc.
