sup fellas! ive been liftn for several years now just tryn to stay in shape and ripped.. im 5'11 160 and have no problem with being cut however gaining weight is very hard b/c my metabolism. i take in around 3000 cals a day and lots of protein. my goal is to put on 30 pounds in 6 months and without juice. im on a low budget too.. just curious what suggestions u pros have on achieving this if possible. if possible give me a sample meal plan for a day. appriciate it thanks.
