Lift hard, eat lots, sleep long, and look great!!!!

what cant noone answer that ???* i take it only if if im on some gear i can put that on huh or just noones tried it without gear.. fuck the juice ill do it my dam self..

well if you cant gain on 3000 try 3500.

as for a budget basicly all carb souces are really chep. eggs, tuna, buy steak on discount. and make sure you get fat in there to.

try posting your rutine and some guys will help.

30lbs in 6 months?

Good luck with that. lol What is your breakdown of Pro/Carb/Fat? Would also be curious what your routine is like too.

Carb sources - WW pasta, WW bread, Rice, Potatoes, Oatmeal - these are all cheap

Protein - Ground Beef, Chicken, Whole Eggs, Steak, Fish

If 3000 cals doesn't put weight on you, then bump it up to 3500. If that doesn't work bump it up to 4000. You will eventually get to a point where you starting moving up on the scale. But you have to remember that as you increase mass, you will also have to increase calories if you want to keep growing.

30lbs in 6 months isn't that hard, yea it wont all be muscle but with a fast metabolism and will still look pretty good.. atleast I did. 145 to 175 in high school on pbj, double lunches and anything I could throw in a blender and drink down for cals. You can put a ton of servings of some kinda of rice cereal in a blender and drink it down like nothing. Instant 4 bowls of cereal.

For an experianced lifter with a fast motabolism you may gain 30 lbs in 6 months but nearly 20lbs will be fat.
