Bros,
Unfortunately I have to put off my upcoming cycle due to some health problems. My doc says I am experiencing rebound headaches from Aleve. I suffer from chronic daily headaches and I have been treating it with Aleve for the past 5 years.
Well my doc said enough is enough and he has put me on a Beta blocker propranolol and ordered me to quit the Aleve cold turkey. Apparently the Propranolol is going to help me get off the Aleve and lower my blood pressure to ease the rebound headaches to come.
I have now been off the Aleve for 5 days now and I have had a splitting headache ever since 24/7 until today when I finally got a 3 hour break. So I figured no headache I could shoot over to the gym for a quick workout considering I had not been for 5 days.
BAD IDEA!! After 3 sets of bench I could barely drive home my head was pounding so hard. I now realize if I am going to see this through and get past these headaches I am going to have to stay away from resistance training for at least a month to let my body do whatever its got to do.
So on to the real reason of this post what can I do to keep my gains and size while I am sitting at home with my thumb up my ass. I have not cycled in over a year so everything I got is basically natty. Should I be so worried. I have a clean high calorie diet. Though I dont know if I should be eating as much over this next month or so. What do you guys think? Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.
