is there any way to find out how much a particualr sized cap can hold of raw Winstrol (winny) power? Im thinking of capping my Winstrol (winny) but dont have a scale at the moment.

Yeah, caps are sorted by size, and they typically hold x amount per that size.

For example, 'OO' size will typically hold 800-1200 mg per cap.

Obviously this isn't going to be anywhere near accurate enough to dose even 50mg of a substance that has been cut with a filler without weighing the damn things. This is just one more reason why most go the liquid route.

thats what IM going to do. Mix it with some 151 or everclear. Would this be ok?

It won't work too well from what I understand. Try peg400, it's thicker.
