Is anybody knows Carb Back loading protocol to gain mass without (or few) fat ? (from John Kiefer)
I'd like to know how to reconcile Carb back loading and steroids ?
On ULC (ultra low carbs) days (day without training), Kiefer recommends to eat an equal proportion of prots and fat during the day. So, for me, it's about 170-180g of prot and fats, and zero carbs.
If I take steroids, or something like that, I should increase a lot my amount of protein. Saying about 300g of proteins. What about fats in that case ?
Normally, I should increase fat amount to the same weight : so 300g fat and prots.
I believe it's really to high for fat but fat is used to control insulin spike when lots of proteins are eaten. In a ULC day, insulin rate must be low all the day. And to avoid spikes, fats are here (and must be added as much as prots).
