I kind of tried my own "version" of it and didn't really like it. It felt too much like a roller coaster ride and I would feel/get really bloated at times, etc.. I found it better to keep my carbs low/moderate but steady.
yeah looks good.. I hadn't read it before but its pretty much what i do..
Im an athlete so i carb up before the weekends competition and usually mondays and tuesdays is kind of lowish carb and little higher in protein.. then mid week normal protein and moderate carbs..
