whats up everyone, got a little situation is hoping some of you can help with. So normally my appetite sucks to say the least, this last EQ cycle is really the only time I can remember having an appetite at all! I have always used drinks to help with calories and carbs, especially carbs! I am trying to cut out the drinks and go with all whole food for a change but I'm really wondering if I will be able to put down the amount of carbs I do with the drinks. It just seems like it takes so much food to add up the number of carbs I need to consume, especially if trying to get them all around workout meals!

What would be the best foods and such to get as much carbs in a small amount of food as possible? Obviously I'm looking to get all complex carbs and that's the issue, I just cant see eating two plates of whole grain pasta like four times a day on top of everything else! hope this makes sense and hope some of you have some good ideas! thanks a lot!

lol I was going to say whole grain pasta till I got there. When bulking I try to put a couple pcs of 12 grain toast with everything it adds up pretty quick. If you look you can find some with up to 350 cals for 2 pcs and almost all carbs with some healthy fats and a little protein.

pasta and rice. oats is good to and easy to get down a big amount if you dont make porridge. bread alspo goes down easily..

having a bit of bread with your meals is a great idea.

Thanks for all the help! I think I have decided to try and lean up a bit so hopefully that will make the whole carb issue a little easier!
