Carb/Protein Shake After Training Before Cardio?

I'm currently biking to and from the gym and am doing other cardio as well. well i bike to the gym and do my training which is 60-90 minutes at the gym. When i am done with my weight training shoud i have my protein/carb shake before i do cardio? Because this is what i have been doing but then i started to think about it a little more if it is the right thing i've been doing. I had read before to do it that way so when doing cardio you have extra calories from the shake you just had for cardio. But from a muscle building point of view wouldn't you want to save those carbs/protein till after your entire workout? Please someone give me a hand here. would I be burning off the carbs i take in after training when doing the cardio. But doing all that at once the training and Cardio wouldn't that be alot and would start breakin down muscle... ahh someone just clear this up for me please?
 
How far is it for you to bike to the gym?
How much cardio are you then doing after you lift?

Well my bike to the gym is around 10 min maybe a lil more, it's not intense just a constant medium pace. Then usually I will try to get in 20-25 min of cardio after weights. Then have my protein/carb shake that's at 50grams protein/50grams carbs and then bike back home from the gym, should I change that to just have my shake after I'm
Done everything?
 
Not sure what diet/bulk you are on if any. But if it were me I would have that shake before I biked home.

I dunno but sounds like a lot of time lifting/cardio to me, no idea what your goals are though.

nah lifting isn't that much I'd say it's max 60min not 60-90, cardio isn't that much, if anything I should be doing more cardio as I'm trying to cut, I think I'm just gonna take in some BCAA's sometime very shortly before the gym or after weight lifting before cardio and then have my pro/carb shake after it's all said and done
