its been a real pain trying to eat brown rice or oatmeal as a carb source. i was wondering if a multi grain bagel is close to as good? or is there an instant not suger form of whole oats. the measuring and making is a pain.

but if i could just eat like 2 multi grain bagels with a protein shake it would be much easier to measure and take a lot less time
