Carbs when lean bulking?

Getting my last dose of carbs in my post workout meal

Am currently trying to cut whilst gaining strength/muscle, am using prop/tren/winny & adex.

I know you need carbs to grow so should I continue to eat them after my PWO meal which is about 3pm?

All carbs are coming from low GI foods, Oats, wholegrain bread, Basmati rice..

Current weight is around 214lbs at 14%BF ish, protein intake is 350g daily whilst carbs are around 150 - think this is enough carbs to grow or should I bump it up with clean complex carbs to around 220-250g daily?

Any advice much appreciated
 
I don't really have any advice since I just recently started doing the same myself. My diet is as follows......(times are weird because I work nights)

Everybody is different, but if you take low GI carbs you shouldn't have problems unless you're very prone to get fat.
Oats, wholegrain bread, Basmati rice are medium GI (between 35 and 50). If you are prone to get fat you could just take green vegetables after 6 pm for example (make a cut off).
I've been bulking for 7 months now and I didn't get much fat. I take medium GI carbs with no cut off (brown rice and beef for dinner).

I think 150 gr of carbs is too low.
