Trying to get the extra belly fat down.. finally got down to 180 being my goal weight. i'm 5'5 and have dropped close to 50 lbs in a couple months... trying to lose that extra belly fat on the lower abs and still gain muscle..i think carbs affect me badly and cause extra fat to be put on.. just think im one of those carb sensitive guys. trying to increase my protein intake lately but it's hard to gain muscle for me without gaining belly fat also.. the extra protein i eat is in clean foods like turkey steaks and chicken breast... any advice would help
