Cardio and Lifting Intervals...

I do a superset workout (arms and shoulders day 1, chest and back day 2, legs day 3) with four rounds, three sets each, 1-1-1 X 3 X 4

In other Words:
on day 1 i'll do
first group of movements: 1 set bis, 1 set tris, 1 set shoulders repeat 3x,
second group: 1 set bis, 1 set tris, 1 set shoulders, repeat 3x,
up through three or four groups (i'm sure you get it by now)...

I'm thinking I'm going to work in intervals of cardio with these workouts to save time and mix it up a little. Where should I put intervals of cardio? shorter intervals between each group of single sets, or longer ones between each group of movements?

I'd probably have you do the cardio between the groups of movements. I'd also probably recommend putting your leg day between your chest/back and shoulders/arms day, just so you're not limited on your chest day from the prior day's arm/shoulder work.
 
that's what i was thinking, and i have arms on monday, chest on thursday, legs on saturday or sunday right now... that's how i was told to do it, but i'm changing it soon... my legs are growing faster than my upper body.

What are your physique goals?
