Heres my confusion. If I am going to be doing 25 mins of cardio for fat loss should I be running, jogging, or walking? I am not fat and I do not want to burn muscle. My if walking is the option can it really burn enough calories to lose fat?
Walking can easily burn close if not as many calories as a jog or run. I like to stick to moderate cardio. Try putting the incline all the way up on the treadmill and walking like that, you'll be surprised at how many calories you'll burn.
