Been lifting for around 3 years now and have always been interested in AAS. Looking to do my first cycle, typical noob cycle 500mg/week test e etc....
Anyways I also run every week. Obviously extra mass is detrimental if your only goal is to achieve the best possible run time, but I don't run very long distances. 3 miles is the distance I train for.
What kind of effect would the 12 week beginner cycle have on this for me? It's a good idea to do some cardio all time time for health I know, but what about the amount I do? I will have to eat more to make it up of course.
Do you guys think the test will have a big negative impact on my run time? I've read some people even say it can have a positive impact, but haven't found too much info on the subject.
My plan was to incorporate more low impact cardio into the mix to prevent injury and still maintain/continue to gain endurance. Running only a couple times a week.
Thanks for the help guys, I've have lurked this board for a long time and learned a lot.
