that stuff only gives 20 servings, i'd go with plasmavol - you get 40 servings for only a few more dollars, and the stuff works!

celltech is suposedly so good because it already has a great delivery system. so u should get good results from just following the directions on the container. Try taking it with some kind of juice because the sugar is supose to help ur body take in more of the creatine. But next time go for something cheaper dude, muscletech products are a little overpriced

i use it and it is pretty good. I GOT IT FOR FREE THOUGH. It is the first creatine that doesnt give me diarhea
