I read its like 40 claories per ounce. Im tryna get 4000 a day :P 6x320=1920. Cant get big off that

Well I already have a food budget I could change up for that. The 150 was for a cycle. What else you got? Mind sending/posting a 3500-4000 calorie day thats easy to get down. Sometimes I got 8 hour shifts where I usually dont get a break because I have a bitchy boss so that a big gap. (but this is only 2-3 times a week the rest of the days I can eat)

Hard to fit in meals sometimes. But if you want to give me a 5 time a day sampler it would be nice.

I also wouldnt mind using a new protein mix brand. Been using syntha-6. The 55 dollars a month is killer.
 
Check out the diet forum bro...3J's free diet advice thread has examples of daily meals. I generally keep it pretty simple in terms of protein: eggs/egg whites, chicken, lean ground beef, and steak. Carbs are brown/white rice, oats, grits (occasionally), and sweet potato (sometimes a regular potato too)...usually throw in some broccoli and/or spinach with most meals. I also eat a fair amt of natural PB (no added hydrogenated fat). I eat at least 1-2 red meat meals per day as I feel like I gain the most eating red meat.
 
Oh yeah and for protein powder I got with ON's whey...just make sure it's an isolate or hydrolysate. I usually only do a shake post workout and the rest is whole foods.

Wow you to huh. I feel like i gain alot faster when im pounding down red meat all day to. I dont know what it is but it works for me
 
150 wont buy you much..... also we dont get into $$ here.

read and research here....you ll find lots of ways to spend that coin.
