I read a lot of your posts and I would like to ask you for advice. I'm 18 years old, 185 cm, 175 lbs, 4% body fat and I've been going to the gym for 3 years now. My bench press is 245 pounds, lat pull down 290 lbs and I literally work out with the heaviest dumbbells at the gym. But the problem is I stopped getting bigger a few months ago even though my weights are going crazy. I think I hit a plateau and that's why I considered using steroids. Should I do it?
