My cheat meal last week was Japanese.. Sake with Sapporo Beer (Sake Bombs) and Sushi Rolls.. Not crazy high cal's or fat but sooooo good. If you've never had the experience, try it. It's great.
This week was lame. Mich-ultra beer and some pork steaks. I was suppose to get wings but the goddamn place closed early.
You could probably mix that up into you regular diet. I try not to really truely "cheat" either... I hate having to load all those cal's into my fitday.com acct ..lol
