how often do you allow yourself a cheat meal? once a week? more than once? or rare occasions?
 
I try never. Sometimes i will if im stuck somewhere without food and the best meal available could be considered a cheat. If youre really craving something have a cheat snack! Should be for your taste buds not to fill your stomach.
 
once a week, always on off days, workout 5 days a week with weekends off and usually saturday order a pizza and chow out
 
One cheat day of beer and pizza bloats me up like a dead fish. I do my best to keep cheat meals/days to a minimum. Maybe once a month.
 
When dieting, i try not to cheat(cheat meal) until i can't take it anymore. Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how bad do you want this...

My excuse for a brew or two on Sunday, I blame the NFL. As far as food though I'm very strict because my body doesn't handle processed food well. Even when I was younger, never craved sweets or junk.
 
The occasional alcohol (couple beers or a couple mixed drinks) or cheese is my cheat. Once every couple weeks, maybe.
 
on my off days. i work out 4 days a week, so cheat meals 3 days a week lol

i never eat deserts, dont really care for them that much. i love red meats( lamb, mutton, beef) potatoes, pasta, breads, carbs etc. so i am cheating, but almost like im dirty bulking
 
Try not to. I plan a "carb load" day in every 2 weeks (cutting or bulking, regardless) where I just double up my carbs for the day. This usually adds 200-300g of carbs and 1000-1500 calories. Always put it on my heaviest day (Deads or Squat). Otherwise I'll only have a cheat meal if I'm out for dinner with a lady, even then it's the healthiest option available (usually a salad with 2-3 chicken breasts).
