Cheese and Cutting

Cheese goes great w/ everything, cheese on eggs, chicken, tuna, rice, meat, ect. but is cheese ok for cutting, alot of fat 5g per slice, and sodium 320mg.


What are your guys/girls thoughts on cheese and cutting??

Eliminate the dairy products when you are cutting, no cheese, no milk.

what about lowfat/nonfat cottage cheese? it has high sodium but thats about it.

OMG, noo cheese, that is making my ears bleed.

I hope I can still enjoy my 2% cottage cheese???

uh 2%? damn i cant even eat that anymore, way to thick tasting. same with 2% milk, i only like skim milk.

If need be I can go to fat free cottage cheese, but is cottage cheese bad to begin w/ or is 2%fine??
 
cheese=protein. protein is good. find a good low fat cheese and it'll be low carb as well, you need some cheese in your diet IMO, i like to throw in some fresh mozz on the side at lunch...but im just a wop....
