That is a bit of work for tris, i can thrash my tris in six sets if necessary. 3 sets of skullcrushers and 3 sets of weighted dips destroys me, i usually throw in some cables after that, but i am going to assume you are not all that advanced if you are asking these questions, so listening to workouts you are reading in flex probably isn't a good idea.

i was going to say the same, i cant see how anyone training to get big can do 15 sets of tri's alone, 6-8 is all i can do, then it feels like my skin is going to rip there so pumped, But yes doing chest and tris in a day is fine, i have been doing it for a long time.
