Tryn2 New member Nov 30, 2004 #1 For chest Ive been doing this : Flat bench 5x5 Incline smith 2 sets 8-10 Flat flyes 2 sets 8-10 I feel like I should add something....Any suggestions ? I though of taking flyes out and doin 2 sets incline dumbells for 8-10 reps... Thanks
