im pretty similar im on:
Incline bench BB 4 x 15/12/6/4
Flat bench BB 4x 12/6/4/4
Decline bench BB 4x 12/6/4/4
flyes (alternate between flat/decline/incline every session) 3x 12/8/8
fininsh with db pull overs 2 or 3 sets heavy to finish with a nice stretch.
every session i try to change it up so either do them in different order or I change to DB's.
Currently im doing 2 weeks with light weight with high reps along the lines of 4x 30/20/20/15 for press for example with same number of sets as above.
once this week is finished (2nd week of high reps) im gona take a week off then start back again with something different, not sure what to try next but have in mind 5x5 maybe or do a few weeks of H.I.T. whats everyones opinions, whats worked well for you guys?
