I'm 20 years old I'm at about 180 lbs. My shoulder has been bothering me lately and I was doing 225 for small reps of 5 I could go more but i was avoiding making the issue worse well last week I felt no pain so I rep it

Finally said fuck it I feel great today so I get under the free weight bench with no elbow wraps and I start going 10 20 and I made
It all the way to 30 reps all the way up an all the way down I was in great surprise I also made a video of it and I showed my friend , and he is also 20 at about 190 and he came back to me the next day with a video of him also doing it I was kinda upset but oh well , and I'm happy my max was 405 wrapped before I injured my self I was also at about 200lbs then so in a few weeks I'm going to Max at my new weight and see if
I can still do it .
