chins and rows for bis ??

when doing chin ups how should your grip be to target the biceps?
also when doing rows, where should grip be to target bis?

Deadlifts are great but you asked a specific question and here is the answer. For targeting biceps use an underhanded grip on chins medium width, this will also target your back, but it should work your biceps as well, same thing with rowing movements.
 
anything with a close or medium grip hit the bis a little harder than wide grip stuff. nice to see some one using compound movements to hit bis.
