I just read another thread about being spoon fed lol

Just so everyone knows I did and do do my research. Just looking for personal experience or anyone who swears by it
 
It is useful on a cut, however, not very cost effective. The most beneficial doses range from 8-14 grams a day. Isomers are of importance here too.

Most people won't shell out that kind of scratch, so I won't bother getting into all of that. Pick up some bulk sesamin, you be happier.
