Looks kind of strange. only rolled oats in first meal, eggs in second, why not combine them both into Meal 1?

What are your stats? Goals? Lean Mass/Cutting?

Sound advice, I would like to add, you most likely want to adjust that diet accordingly with your diet and training.

Yep, thats a good point, I'll combine them.
my stats are 1'84 83kg and about 10%bf, I want to get as much lean mass as I can, I'll do a test-e only cycle (first cycle)

Just out of curiosity, what kind of oats are you using? Every nutritional profile I've ever seen is approximately 5g protein, 2.5g fat, and 27g carbs for 1/2 cup.
