Clean Slate here

So Today is Friday the 13 and it is exactly 2yrs to the day since I was hit by an a$$hole at the red light on my way to the gym. The doctors wanted to fuse my spine and after looking at possibly 1-2yrs away from the gym with a possibility of never returning to the gym... so I said screw that I'll just take my time and see how I could do with physical therapy and taking it easy for a while.
So here is what 2 years of eating anything you want and laying around on the couch will do for ya!!

So I am cleared to give it a go feel great and would love for someone to take me under their wing. Teach me about diet, gym work, and cycle/pct (when I'm ready). I'm going to do this period and take pics along the way. I know a lot of you get paid for this advice so we can discuss this possibility

Background is that I'm 35 my first cycle at 25 and have done 4-5 cycles spread out over 8 years (no stacks yeah I know dumb). I handled it well but my knowledge, availability, and discretion were an issue.

Current stats:
5'11
240lbs and fat

Long term goals:
No delusions of being a bb but just want to get back into the healthy lifestyle and continually push myself. At my previous best I was 222lbs and 7%bf would love to get back there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

At least you have your hair. I'm 22 and began to thin at 15. I guess thats why I get for high test levels.

Started my cycle today here's where I am now. 228 and still fat but diet hasn't exactly on point all of the time. Gonna post some more pics at 4 weeks 8 weeks and 12weeks. Be nice guys I'm coming off of a long layoff due to injury and have never been this fat in my life. When I started working out in may I almost instantly got up to 250lbs and not a good 250. How is my progress so far?

Looks like you've made a lot of progress bro. Keep up the good work.
 
Wow the situation with getting hit on the way to the gym really sucks. But looks like your defining your own story out of it!!! Keep it up. This motivates me. Keep your diet in check and I see you getting to your goal brotha!!!!!
 
Thx bros its been rough on my ego being weak especially the wheels. Not to mention I've been down twice, disc pain, since the first pic costing me at least a month and it's been hard to really push myself because I have a great excuse ... like I need any help making excuses. This pic really sucks so I may have the wifey help me with a better one if not now at least in 4 weeks

Ok so I didn't stick with my post in here but here is an update. This pic was earlier end of Jan and I was at 212lbs I'm guessing I was at @12-15%bf? Where do you guys think I was here bf wise?

I got down to 205 by end of Feb. Then I did a bulking cycle back up to a good 240 by July keeping bf 15-18% (love tren). I started cutting then shoulder started acting up from going heavy on bench (damn tren). So I've been just trying to maintain while letting it heal up. Not sure if my shoulders are gonna hold up for another bulking right now so I may try a year of combination of light strength training and crossfit to see if the shoulder heals up? Maybe get under 200 while trying to keep as much mass as possible. Open to suggestions

I'd say 15-20% bro, keep tearing it up. I'm in a similar situation as you. Only I'm trying to increase weight, you should make a log in the "my cycle" forum
