clen and T3

I never noticed a difference. As far as cycleing the T3 and clen..
T3-start with 25 mcg and increase dose by 25 mcg every 3 or 4 days untill you reach your target dose. Usually no more than 100mcg. Then pyramid down at the end of the cycle just like you did at the beginning.
Clen-there are two popular ways to cycle clen that I know of. 2 days on 2 days of and again with this you pyramid up the dose by about 20 mcg a day untill you reach your target dose. For you probably no more than 120 mcg a day.
Or you can do 2 weeks on 2 off again pyramiding up your dose and again down at the end of the cycle.
Good luck.

Liquid or pill, makes no difference. Same stuff, different form. You really don't have to pyramid T3 or clen, but it won't hurt either. T3 you can run as long as you like, but I don't recommend using it without AS to protect your muscle mass.

Clen needs to be cycled off since after about 3-4 weeks it loses effectiveness. An alternative is to take ketotifen or another antihistimine such as benadryl. This "recharges" the beta2 receptors. The old 2 day on 2 day off theory is flawed. Since clen's half life is about 36 hours, you never get it out of your system if you only take 2 days off, so it will still lose effectiveness. A better way is 2 weeks on 2 off, or you can use ketotifen or benadryl.

You know I always used the 2 week on 2 off method myself.

Liquid or pill, makes no difference...

Hmm, that's what I thought, but after doing some more searches in the forums, there were a few other posts that mentioned the tablet/pill form was more effective. In fact, not to completely Thread-hijack here, but wasn't there a thread somewhere here that explained how to administer Clen when it's in liquid form...possibly posted by LawnSaver? I'm sure it's a silly question, but I've seen many guides/FAQs on how to measure it and albuterol in liquid form, but not how to administer/take it. I assumed it would be orally via dropper, but I found another thread post that said that was the worst way to take it. If the thread is still around, feel free to point me in the right direction, because I can't find it... :dunno:

Tapering t3 down slowly is pointless....
Also, t3 itself helps to upregulate beta-2's.

I never heard that but I'll definately look it up. Hope I have'nt been doing it wrong all these years.
