Clen cutting cycle for female

I'm a 30 y/o female, just finished my second cycle and I'm starting to cut. I'm 5'4", 160 lbs., and I'm roughly 24% body fat if my caliper is accurate. My diet is clean, and I'm 16 weeks out from my first show.

I have a liquid clen (200mg per ml). Yesterday, I took 0.5 ml orally to assess my tolerance, but experienced no effects whatsoever. I increased my dose to 1 ml today, and again experienced no effects. Is this normal? Should I just double the dose tomorrow? I had planned to start the clen this week, and additionally bring on T3 next week.

It has been 2 mo. since I've been off-cycle, and I did a liver and adrenal cleanse after... so I wouldn't think my receptor sites are blocked, but am I wrong here? Or is my dosing off?

I'd appreciate any insight or suggestions!
 
That dose should give you significant effects. Im not sure what's up with that clen. Not sure if clen is necessary given your stats but maybe you can locate a member named Rippedzilla who will help you. He trains girls i think and might know what's wrong here...

Thanks, Tury. I'm working with a coach, who wants me at 129 lbs. in 12 weeks. As you can see from my photo, I've got a long way to go. Coach suggested the clen + T3 combo. I'm getting in touch with my source about the quality of this clen. All my other gear from this source was top notch. :(

Have you taken anything for a sustained period of time before clen - Pre workouts? DMAA? Ephedrine? Synephrine? Anything of a stimulatory nature?

If not, then I suspect your clen is severely underdosed/bunk since you should be feeling pretty strong sides at 1ml.
I do NOT recommend doubling the dose since you have no idea exactly what dose/compound your taking - get another source (RUI - the red lion banner advertised on this site - will help you).

If your off cycle then why dose your coach have you on t3?
T3 is catabolic and will help you drop weight, but it will be 50/50 between fat and muscle. If that's the plan then fine, but if its not then I hope he has you on a very, very low dose.

Nah, I haven't taken anything long-term other than general non-stim supps. My pre-workout is black coffee... maybe twice a week at most.
Yes, he said T3 will be a low dose while on then clen. It's my first time on either of these. Thanks for the suggestion, I'm def going to look around for alt source.
