Clen cycle critigue

Ive just signed up to the board but have lurked for about the past 8 months

im looking for help with a clen cycle. my plan is 2weeks on and 2weeks off

ive read some people taper up and down and some dont, thoughts?

during the two off weeks, what are the thoughts on running an ec or eca stack versus an otc fat burner
 
Taper up 20 mcg everyday until you can't handle the sides then drop back down 20 mcg where you are comfortable but what are your stats? I can't assume you are at a decent bf% to be taking clen. It works best when your bf% is already low, that's why it's used for a contest prep it helps get rid of the last few pounds.
 
When it comes to dosing clen, as Jfox23 said above, start low and taper up until you reach a level comfortable to you (generally around 80-140mcg). You do not need to taper down. If your taking a long cycle (2 weeks on, off, then on again) you can restart at the level you left - no need to start at the lowest dose again.
An eca stack on the weeks off is generally effective, but your receptors will take a bit of a beating with no breaks between the clen and eca. Alternatively, you could supplement your clen with some ketotifen - it allows you to stay on clen permanently & makes clen more effective at a lower dose (30% lower dose for same results).
Dont expect miracles - clen gives you a 5-10% fat loss boost, so if your diet is poor you will literally be wasting your money. Generally, unless your below 12%bf the results just aren't worth the price.
 
If your bf% is low enough yeah it works best. A lot of bodybuilders use it before a show to help lose that last little stubborn weight.
