Clen cycle

I know it's recommended to get body fat down to 15% before using AAS. I'm currently at a 20.5% body fat because I slacked off during the fall semester of college. I plan to go one week natural to get back into cardio then add clen. I'm buying a blood pressure monitor which will be useful.

I know Clen is 2on/off. Drink 1.5-2gallons daily. Don't take after 3 or 4pm.

Day 1 - 20
Day 2- 20
Day 3 - 40
Day 4 - 40
Day 5 - 60
Day 6 - 60
Day 7 - 80
I might up it to 100 on the last week.

I will also take a potassium supplement which was recommended to help in maintaining electrolytes and decrease the chances of muscle cramps.

How were your results if you were on a standalone clen cycle?

Would you recommend the daily 2 weeks then 2 off? or the 2 days on/1 or 2 days off

As a newbie do you recommend I use Clen standalone or stack with cytomel?

Your results are primarily going to result from dieting. The clen is there to supplement.

I don't have experience taking clen, but I am somewhat familiar with the pathways through which it works (beta-2 receptor stimulation.) As far as fat loss supplements that actually work go, most of them seem to be b2 agonists, and clen seems to be more or less one of the most potent ones.

I don't recommend stacking with cytomel. Any non-stupid diet at that high of body fat shouldn't down-regulate your thyroid that much that quickly. Really the only situation I would ever justify taking T3 for dieting in would be getting from lean to an ultra-lean 6% or lower. Otherwise there are a handful of risks involved that simply aren't worth taking it.

I already have a healthy diet. Fish, chicken, green vegetables, milk, greek yogurt, wheat/multigrain breads. My fat intake is minimal and almost no processed sugar. Most of the sugar would come from fruits or 100% fruit juices.

My goal is a minimum of 1% body fat/week on Clen. My plan is cardio 60-75 minutes cardio+30-45 minutes of weights/equipment for 5 days week at the gym. 2 recovery days.

So a healthy diet and exercise with a cycle or two of Clen would help me cut body fat quickly and not negatively impact my thyroid? Can anyone clarify?

I was very successful on my first clen cycle, and started off much like you. I do not recommend taking clen at all until you're at around 12% body fat. You'll get the best results then, otherwise you may be disappointed. You want a good diet, clen isn't a miracle drug. You may lose bodyfat while on clen, but if you don't make permanent changes, you will gain it all back post cycle.

As for your question 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is the recommended, but make sure you do your research on all of clen's health risks before you start. Also, depending on how you react you can up your dosage up to 140, but pay attention to your body and be careful.

I recommend high volume weight lifting instead of traditional cardio (burns way more calories trust me) and eating at a sufficient healthy caloric deficit. I went from around 20% bodyfat to 7% bodyfat in about 3 months doing nothing but high volume routines with a decent amount of super sets and proper dieting. Increase your protein intake to around 1-1.5lbs of your ideal weight and just eat healthy and do exercise for a while. Once you see good progress try the clen, but don't take it right off the bat.

A good substitute that you can use in place of clen would be an EC stack. It's great at suppressing appetite, and you'll definitely see results on it.

Not sure what that means?

The rate at which your thyroid levels drop, including how far they drop, is proportional to the amount of food you are eating. If you're eating 1500kcal below your maintenance intake, your thyroid hormones will drop much faster than if you were in a 200kcal deficit (in which case, they probably would not drop at all.)

If u do keep an eye on your bp mine shot up crazy and I felt like shit my hand would cramp up when id write at work and I felt really jittery I personally will never touch clen again good luck bro
