Clen/T3 Dosages

Hi Ladies!

I was hoping one of the vets could give me some advice for my upcoming cycle.

My stats:
23 years old
Female
5'5"
135lbs
20% BF
goal: 15% BF
training: 2+ years

I will be starting a cycle of Clen and T3, and plan on running it for 8 weeks.

My plan thus far is to start the Clen by taking 20mcgs in the morning upon waking, and taking the same dosage two more times (if tolerable) 3.5-4.5 hours later. So 3 dosages of 20mcgs a day for a total of 60mcgs. If this is too much to take starting off then I will work up to this, but I do not think I will take more than 100mcgs a day. And is it starting the 14th day that I should start taking benadryl at night? Or the 21st day? I've read both.

Now I know T3 needs to be slowly increase then slowly decreased to avoid any problems, is this the same with Clen? I haven't read anything to suggest that but I would like to make sure.

To then discuss the T3, i've read a variety of dosage suggestions. I have 50mcg tablets, but I'm assuming that's going to be way too much at first. I was also warned not to take T3 for more than 6 weeks straight because of the risk of thyroid damage. Could someone suggest a good way of ramping up and then down the T3?

to lose 5% BF you don't need T3. Honestly i don't think any woman NEEDS T3. Its just too unpredictable with your hormones and shit already all over the place each month.

Clen, no way you'll need 100mcg or anywhere close. I would say 60mcg would do the trick. I don't like Clen. Albuterol is much better even though you have to use more. I just don't like the jittery feeling.

Either way, you should have no problem losing that BF% with just a clean diet and maybe a thermo. Especially at your age.

Post up your diet and lets see whats up.

I agree with RJ. I start the clen out at the lowest dose possible, usually 12.5mcg 2x a day. Dont take it after 4pm or so, it will effect your sleep.

Ill wait for your diet to comment further.
 
Thanks for the responses! I had my diet checked out by 3J on this site, he made a few small suggestions but nothing major. Here's what I posted for him and what he approved:

Diet:
I do what's called Carb backloading, or "Earn Your Carbs" as it is sometimes called. So I do not have carbs until after I have trained, and I normally train early afternoon. I don't follow a macro set up per say, but my ranges fall somewhere around here:
60-70g Fat
100-200g Carb
150-250g Pro

Meal 1:
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites

Meal 2:
Turkey Burger

Meal 3: Pre workout Shake
Whey/Casein Protein

Meal 4: Post workout Shake
Hydrolyzed Protein/Waxy Maize

Meal 5:
White Jasmine Rice
Pinto Beans
Steak

Meal 6:
Sweet Potato

Meal 7: (nighttime shake)
Raw Milk
Superfood
Casein
Fiber

Supplements:
Multivitamin
EVOO
Vitamin C
Glutamine
**Clen & T3 (to be added later)

I'll vary my carb intake depending on how active I am or what lifts I'll do. Like today is deadlifts, so I'll aim towards 200g of carbs. Tomorrow I'll be off so I'll probably hit around 100g.

And if 15% seems like its easy...then hell i'll shoot for 13%! I was aiming high. My reasoning for doing the Clen and T3 is because of the advice I was given by my mentor, who is a female bodybuilder who has competed for 10+ years. I told her I wanted to do a Clen cycle, and she told me if I really wanted to lose weight fast I should stack T3 with it. I just like to get multiple opinions on dosages.

I am new to this forum and currently working out 6 times a week and taking t3 which I purchased online I am up 100mg a day and still seeing no side effects or results. Can anyone tell me when I should see or feel something happening as I really don't know if I have bought the real thing or have been ripped off. Please any thoughts would be great for weight loss
