What are proper procedures while running clen and t3? doses, length? How good are they together?

clen is best ran 2 weeks on 2 weeks off due to downregulation of beta 2 receptors
you can consider adding an eca stack in the off weeks

6-12 week cycles are acceptable and should provide be enough time to reach your goals

What would a two week dose look like? also adding in t3
 
dosing would be something like;

clen 20mcg day 1, increased by 20mcg ed until day 7 for a total of 140mcg
the max dose of 140mcg is then held for all of week two

tapering up is done to assess tolerance and not needed the next "cycle"
(there is no need to go above 140mcg clen due to receptor over saturation as well there is no need to taper down)

thyroid meds should be tapered up and down to for extra safety

t3 50mcg day 1, increased by 25mcg every few days until a max dose of 100-125mcg t3 is reached
slowly taper the doses back down when finished
 
even off test? wouldnt he lose some muscle mass? or would the amount of fat loss be much higher than the amount of muscle lost?
 
yeah i heard when you use t3 you should be on gear as well coz itll burn of muscle aswell

doubt it would but better to not have any doubts
 
t3 doesn't distinguish between fat and muscle when shedding weight

muscle loss is ultimately dose, user, nutrition and environment specific
for example a low dose study without anabolic support resulted in around 33% overall muscle loss

with anabolic support but also importantly proper nutrition and tolerant doses muscle catabolism usually can be limited

diet is key and needs to be nailed before, during and after running t3
 
This thread has more or less answered the one I started earlier, but now has me worried about the diet aspect. I know how to eat, but I've never used clen/t3 before. What is the best way to ease yourself into it without not eating enough? Start with a much higher caloric intake than you normally would with more protein, see what happens, and then make a judgement on whether or not to adjust your diet accordingly?
 
Hey guys please i need help.

I'm thinking of making a first cycle, and i want to make it a cutting cycle.

I was posting on another forum here from my country and some guys replied that T3 at 0,25 would be like a max dosage. And that 1,25 mcg would be like a suicide dose and very probably i would have a future thyroid problem. Now i'm getting the T3 and Clen but, now i'm confused about the dosage...
