Again, I'm using my boyfriend's account...
I tried clen recently. I think it is horribly under dosed since I am taking 260 right now and only getting slightly shaky. I am getting cramping very badly though, so much that when I set up to bench I often have to jump up because my hip or foot is cramping. My face cramps when I am chewing and my hands too just from holding a fork. I haven't noticed any weight loss at all, and my diet has remained the same.
I noticed an almost instant increase in strength when I started taking it. 5 to 15 lbs on all the weights I could do.
However, if I take it before I lift that day, I am a useless slightly quivering mess during training.
Would you guys say it is under dosed and I should just take more, or is it bad stuff? I have been drinking more water. Maybe a liter and a half on non training days and a couple liters on training days, which is maybe a half liter more than normal. Do I just need to drink way more?
I took it with the intention of getting leaner, but have only noticed slight strenght gains. I'm not complaining about that at all, but leaning out would be nice...it is summer after all.
I'm not opposed to trying steroids, but would prefer to get as strong as I can without them before I try.
