Clen

Again, I'm using my boyfriend's account...

I tried clen recently. I think it is horribly under dosed since I am taking 260 right now and only getting slightly shaky. I am getting cramping very badly though, so much that when I set up to bench I often have to jump up because my hip or foot is cramping. My face cramps when I am chewing and my hands too just from holding a fork. I haven't noticed any weight loss at all, and my diet has remained the same.

I noticed an almost instant increase in strength when I started taking it. 5 to 15 lbs on all the weights I could do.

However, if I take it before I lift that day, I am a useless slightly quivering mess during training.

Would you guys say it is under dosed and I should just take more, or is it bad stuff? I have been drinking more water. Maybe a liter and a half on non training days and a couple liters on training days, which is maybe a half liter more than normal. Do I just need to drink way more?

I took it with the intention of getting leaner, but have only noticed slight strenght gains. I'm not complaining about that at all, but leaning out would be nice...it is summer after all.

I'm not opposed to trying steroids, but would prefer to get as strong as I can without them before I try.

Been on Clen for 4.5 weeks now.

After 4 weeks at that dose, if you are training and doing cardio daily you should see marked fat burning results. It sounds like the side effects you are experiencing are indicative of clen. Perhaps your diet needs to be taken into account. What are you eating?

I'm doing carb back loading but could definitely clean it up. Eating pasta and stuff like that, as well as things like chicken strips from a box. Need to be diligent with eating high GI stuff for sure and protein at each meal, as well as more home made stuff.

I haven't taken my temperature but sometimes I feel like I'm getting hot flashes. Sometimes I go around the house turning on all the fans and opening all the windows. Perhaps I will invest in a thermometer today.

One more thing I've been wondering about...I have been getting little bumps on my forehead that feel like pimples but aren't pink. Just flesh coloured bumps. I haven't read anything on clen that mentioned this. When I went off clen for about a week, these went away. I had stopped because I got the same kind of bumps all over both forearms.

Also, I'm only doing cardio about three times a week. With the next meet coming up in a couple weeks I'm trying to be careful to not get into over training. I'm having enough trouble sleeping with being so hot sometimes anyway.

It sounds like you're doing all the right things, and if you are having hot flashes, trouble sleeping and quivering, which are common side effects, you may be taking too much. Another concern would be the possibility of an allergic reaction. Def check your temp.
