I'm a 24 year old female, pretty fit but just want to lose that extra bit of fat!
Height: 5'3
BF: 21.2
CW: 125
GW: 120
I got a hold of some Clenbuterol 40mcg from a friend, although I would have preferred them to be 20mcg so I could gradually increase the dose each day little by little. I've been taking one in the morning for the past 4 days because I've been nervous about increasing the dosage 40mcg, figured that's a pretty big leap. The side effects the first day was pretty bad (shakes, headache, increased heart rate), and it lasted for about 4 hours. I pretty much wanted to die. However, the next day wasn't so bad and the side effects have been reduced each day. Today, the fourth day, I felt the effects for about 30-45 minutes and I was able to go to the gym after an hour. My question is.. is it safe to increase the dosage by now? Should I increase until I hit 120mcg or is that too much for a female?? I understand two week cycles are most effective but I need help figuring it out.
Also, how long until I see results? My goal is to gain more muscle and lose fat. My diet is very good, low carb high protein. I eat about 4 times a day (I strive for 5-6, but its challenging finding time to eat that many times). I start the day off with oatmeal at 8am, protein shake (oats, banana, almond milk, protein) at 12pm, grilled chicken and sweet potato with greens at 3-4 pm, and then another protein shake with the same ingredients at 7pm. I lift heavy 6 times a week, and cardio 3-4 times a week. Should I increase cardio and decrease weight lifting? Thanks guys!
