here's what works for me:
week 1: 20mcg morning before cardio, 20 mcg before noon
week 1: 40mcg morning before cardio, 20 mcg before noon
week 1: 40mcg morning before cardio, 40 mcg before noon
week 1: 40mcg morning before cardio, 40 mcg before noon
From what I have read, women shouldn't exceed 100mcg per day, but I have never gone over 80mcg per day. It can make you very shaky at first and you may need an OTC sleep aid for the first week or so, but you get used to it. It will cut you up fast! Remember it is a brochodialator so it increases your VO2max- so doing cardio on it is killer- you'll run like Flo Jo and feel yo' MOJO!
