from reading several of your other post i get the impression you a a very inexpirienced steroid user and should be even looking at clen and eph, why not sit down and go through your diet and training and post it up here so we can get the basics sorted before you start babbling with more gear.

i never used clen or ephera before and wanted to know which compound works better.
because at the end of my next cycle im going to eat like a nuts to keep my wheight gained, and i dont wanna increase my fat precent...

i knew that its possible, but i wanted to be sure.
after all its gonna get into my body and i dont wanna any problem...
and if you get the impression that im a newbie i bet that im better than you in most that attached to bodybuilding...

Clen worked way better for me. No sides, except high BP for the first days. I've gone from 26% BF to 20% in 2 weeks, with good diet. Clen killed my weight training intensity though (it could have been the less energy from the calorie restriction, don't know).
Ephedrine was making me nervous all the time, couldn't sleep and was way to vasoconstricting even for my unit
