clomid & nolvadex with HCG????

Im coming off f 12weeks of test cyp 600mg/week & deca 300mg/wk also first 6weeks did anadrol 100mg/ed. Now what opinions do you guys have that I use for post cycle therapy? What should I use(clomid, nolva or hcg?) For how long? what doseages??
