you can run it a week before your done with post cycle therapy (pct) for e rebound

Yes you can use arimidex in the between time. Keep in mind that you are using the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to prevent the aromitization of estrogen from test. It takes your T levels some time to come down after your last shot. Even though you are no longer dosing, your t level reamins high. This means you can still have problems with e. Hence the term "e rebound." Helpful?
