Conservative approach to orals:enhancing absortion,avoiding side effects

I think that taking a single oral dose of prohormones and/or steroids AFTER WORKING OUT has these benefits:

1) INCREASED oral bio-availability. After working out absortion is higher.

2) Due to the fact that recovery needs are much higher after a hard workout, you are much more likely to get the maximum anabolic effects at that moment. Simply put: you are going to get much more recovery benefits from a 2-hour window hormone peak levels AFTER a hard workout than at any other moment of the day. Thus, the anabolic/side effects ratio is going to get higher. A narrow window (about 2 hours) of high androgen levels 4-5 days a week is not much likely to give you any undesirable androgenic side effect, but, given the fact that you maintain that high androgen levels precisely when the body needs recovery most(after working out) you are likely to be rewarded with a lot more anabolic effects than side effects.

I'd like to know what you think about this theory.

this is the same idea as humalog post workout, and to my knowlege insulin is more powerful than any steroid. I tried humalog post workout many different ways, and nothing. Only time I got results was when I added in a longer acting insulin so that it was active all night. I just dont think you can accomplish much in a short window of time, with orals, you're better off taking them several times and aiming for even blood levels

well first it is just a hypothesis not a theory. I am going to change my answer from EF. I have thought about it and now I have a question. does the actual receptor become more sensitive after a workout? I would say no. I will stick with just administering orals three times a day to keep levels constant. that way the body will always have access to it if it needs it.
 
I agree that avoiding peaks and valleys is best...keep a steady blood level when taking orals (IMO).

Nobody's talking about making a decision between taking it all at once or taking it spread thru the day. What I'm stating is that I believe that if you are to take JUST ONE DOSE of 300mg of let's say 4-diol daily you are going to get much more benefits if you take it post-workout.
Reasons:

1) Oral bio-availability is much higher after working out
2) Your body has low test levels after a intense workout and this tends to make up for that
3) You get into your blood androgens when your body has the highest needs for recovery.

Well, if you really believe that, when taking insulin, it's mandatory to get insulin levels as high as possible (without risking your life) THE MOMENT YOU FINISH YOUR LAST REP., then the rest of this conversation is pointless, for I believe insulin post-workout is much much more important even than high levels of androgens.
