Consuming glucose powder drink during & after workout

Dear BBers,

I have a query !!

Can one consume glucose powder drink(with water) during & post workout for glycogen compensation?

I have read that if you have glucose drink during workout intervals(5 mins break-during sets), you re-complish glycogen in muscles & keep Insulin levels stable !!!

Can one have glucose powder(with water) all day long ??

What will happen if extra glucose is consumed?? WIL IT TURN TO FAT??

I feel that if you have glucose running in your bloodstream, you will get less hunger pangs ???

Please correct & guide on on glucose drink usage.
