Could my free and total test levels raise if I lost weight?

my test levels were high this time that I got my labs done? I was curious if losing 15-20lbs and not adjusting the dosage would make them raise? would it matter?

I can't figure out why my free test is up to 337.5 pg/ml? My total is 1068?

I took my injection the day before?

All things being equal, yes. Weight loss could increase both. But obviously in the real world there are countless other variables.
