So I decided after a few years to try Creatine Monohydrate again. I had a bad experience a few years ago, tons of diarrhea and decided it wasn't worth it.
This time, I got some basic stuff from Vitamin Shoppe, and I been on it for 2 weeks now. I noticed some SOLID gains, really enjoying the gains but once again the diarrhea has begun. I take only 1 teaspoon after my workouts with apple juice. It seems like the longer I go on it the more the diarrhea gets worst.
I am not sure if it's smarter to just get off of it entirely or to reduce the dosage. I would appreciate any advice from experienced members. What am I doing wrong here?
