I have been sup'ing creatine for a while now and I am alittle confused. When I take it, I can definitely get a couple more reps, but it doesn't seem to increase my strength all that much (maybe not at all, if that makes any sence.). Is that normal? I hear some guys say there strength goes up quite abit. Would I be considered a non-responder? Why is it that some people non-responders, I mean what makes it work in some and not others? Should I try something else? Thanks for any help or advise you can give.
