Im kind of small for the reccomended dosage of it (im 150), and im thinking of just taking half that. Will it still be effective?

also what do you think of the loading phase? is it necessary? ive heard a few different opinions on that.
 
Loading phase is bullshit if you ask me. Just take 5 - 10 grams a day regardless of your weight. More important 5 grams before workouts
 
I'm ~150 and I just started taking Satur8 (recomended dose)... I didn't do a loading phase and I would say the product is working. It took about 1 week for me to notice anything.
