Critique another cutting diet...

This is my first time TRULY cutting up. I promised myself a six pack for the summer.
A person can go NUTS looking at everyone's opinion. In about a week I went from 172 down to 167 just by changing diet and doing five days of cardio. I think I am in the right direction.
I am 23yo and 5'7 not sure on BF prob between 12-14%

Pre cardio - Liquid Aminos
Post cardio(meal 1) - 40g whey and 40g maltdex and dextrose
Non-cardio days (meal 1) - 40g whey and 25g oatmeal
Meal 2 - Can of tuna or 4 oz chicken breast and 3/4 cup brown rice and 1/3 cup peas
Meal 3 - An apple and three slices low fat string cheese + fish oil
Meal 4 -Can of tuna or 4 oz chicken breast and 3/4 cup brown rice and 1/3 cup peas
Meal 5 - 40g protein shake + flax oil or protein bar
Meal 6 - Can of tuna or 4 oz chicken breast or 6oz LEAN ground beef and 1/3 cup brown rice and 1/3 cup peas
Meal 7 - (pre bedtime) Egg protein shake in non fat milk (I get sick from egg whites that late)

I also take a multi, efas, and minerals.
I do not know cals, protein, fat. I DO need some help as to how much of these I should be taking in, then I can alter my diet a bit.
Please any input would be great.

Get rid of the peas and replace them with Green Beans or asparagus (peas contain lots of sugar)

To be honest you really only need about 5 meals / day.

Do you want to know what is the easiest way to cut. Make things so simple you don't even have to think.

This might sound simple but everyone makes it more complicated.

I won't plan it out for you but i hope you get the idea. Also include some other sources of protein (egg whites, steak, ground turkey)
 
Well I did 80 malt/dex and 40 protein post when bulking. For glycogen replacement.
This is why I am asking for help guys.

Drop the malto/dex after cardio, you're stopping fat burning in its tracks.

If you just make it a pro/fat meal after cardio, you can continue lypolysis for a much longer period of time. I like 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, and 23g protein for a post-cardio meal.

Your diet will be MUCH easier to critique if you add up your macronutrients for each meal as well as the whole day. www.fitday.com

Would just a nofat/carb protein shake with some flax oil be good instead?
How does the rest of the diet look otherwise?
I will do the fitday thing, gimme til tonight.

That one meal w/ cheese has pretty much no protein... you should try for at least 40g at each meal to prevent catabolism. DEFINATELY drop the milk in the last meal of the day, make it a chicken breast and 1tbsb of flax seed oil or olive oil. Milk has no place in a cutting diet IMO.

Shakes are OK but I prefer to have real food, it's digested much slower. You'll find the eggs fill you up very well after AM cardio. The only time that fast-acting whey is more beneficial than real food is PWO.
